📅 How long is the traineeship for?
It lasts for around 12 months.

💰 Do I get paid during the traineeship?
Absolutely! From day one, you will start earning an hourly rate.

💰 What is the hourly wage?
It typically ranges from 28 - 32 per hour, depending on your location and the facility you are working at.

💼 Will I be guaranteed a job once my traineeship is completed?
Yes! You will transition from being a trainee to a fully qualified staff member.

⏰ Will there be the opportunity to work full time during the traineeship?
Definitely, our traineeship guarantees a minimum of 20 work hours per week, and opens up the possibility for additional shifts.

📋 What pre-employment processes to expect?
You might need to attend a face-to-face interview, complete an online aptitude test, and apply for a police check.
