FINANCE & ACCOUNTS LEAD | FMCG

A growing regional business with operations across water, coffee and hospitality is looking for someone to bring consistency and clear financial oversight across its different business streams. The role spans full-cycle bookkeeping, statutory obligations, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations and management reporting. You’ll also help strengthen finance procedures and improve how information flows between operating systems. We’re looking for a capable, hands-on finance professional with broad bookkeeping or finance experience, strong Australian compliance knowledge and confidence managing payroll. Experience in a multi-site, distribution or hospitality business would be useful. A formal accounting qualification isn’t essential. If you enjoy turning accurate accounts into useful business insight, reach out for a chat.

Are you an organised and people focused administrator who enjoys solving scheduling challenges and keeping services running smoothly? We’re partnering with a values driven community services organisation seeking a Rostering Coordinator for an initial temporary assignment of 4 to 6 weeks. For the right person, there is a genuine opportunity for the role to become permanent. This is an office based position coordinating support worker rosters, managing shift changes, arranging coverage and communicating with workers, participants and the internal team. It is not a direct support role. Previous experience in rostering, scheduling, workforce coordination or administration is required. Experience within disability support, NDIS, community services, aged care or health would be highly regarded. Two years ago, Robbie joined TORRA and quickly found himself in the middle of just about every system, process and tech conversation across the business. Since then, he's helped shape how we work, solve problems and continue to improve the way we do things. If there's a workflow to refine, a system to optimise or a challenge to work through, chances are Robbie has had a hand in it somewhere along the way. If something captures his interest, he throws himself into it completely.
We've had a perfect example this week. Robbie is a massive Kylie Minogue fan and spent days talking about her AFL Grand Final performance. Despite having little interest in AFL, Kylie somehow convinced him to watch the entire game and he's since been rattling off AFL viewership statistics like a seasoned commentator. The influence is clearly real.
Thanks for everything you've contributed over the past two years, Robbie. More importantly, thanks for being such a big part of the journey. Happy 2nd anniversary!
