The main duties will include:

Provision of technical advice and support to internal and external customers;

Preparation of quotations and tender submissions;

Produce and review manufacturing drawings;

System maintenance;

Customer service.

This position will suit somebody who ideally possesses the following:

Strong technical and business acumen

Previous sales experience

Previous experience in Engineering, drafting, steel fabrication and/or civil construction

Strong influencing and persuasion skills

A high level of self self-motivation and drive

A passion for desired results

Ideally, possess a clean, valid Victorian Driver's Licence and own car

A Civil Engineering degree or similar would be highly regarded.

Please note, this role will commence on a temporary basis during the trial period. We will also consider those who are still finishing their degree or on the last year of their studies depending on your availability for work.

An Australian Permanent Residential Status is required.

Cleaning assignment for two for two!

Hey Guys
We have a need for two people to fill in for two weeks and a bit to perform cleaning duties at one of our clients' sites in Nottinghill.

Anyone who has performed cleaning in a factory (Not machinery) and offices including kitchens, toilets, bins, floors would be considered. Training will be provided the week before. No equipment necessary.

PRODUCTION WITH MECHANICAL SKILLS.

DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH POWER TOOLS?

We are looking for a dynamic production/workshop staff with mechanical skills to assist in this buzzing workshop. The plant is based in the Eastern Suburbs of Rowville. Whilst you will be working as part of a team, you must demonstrate an ability to operate autonomously.

We need somebody who is quick to learn and quick to adapt and keep up with the pace safely and with experience in using power tools. The role involves general production tasks, assembly, and disassembly and will suit somebody with analytical/mechanical bias. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a real ‘can-do’ attitude and a high level of maturity. This may also suit an experienced Diesel Mechanic who does not want to be on the tools any longer and looking to get into a clean, factory workshop environment.
Our client offers an excellent work environment that has an inclusive culture, always considerate of others. It’s a great workplace for somebody who is easy to get along with and has accountability. A forklift license is advantageous although not mandatory.

An Automotive or heavy vehicle industry experience would be highly advantageous, but this is not mandatory.

This open-ended assignment is required to commence immediately. Meaning this is an ongoing role. It is not a summer or vacation job. Applicants must be available to work full-time hours (38 a week). Flexibility to work overtime is required.
