AgRec is recruiting for a well-established 2,400ha, 100% cropping operation near Brookton in WA’s Wheatbelt, seeking an experienced Senior Farm Hand to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid broadacre cropping experience who wants plenty of variety across the season, with involvement in seeding, spraying, harvest, road train operation, mechanical work and general farm operations.

The farm runs a 12m controlled traffic system using John Deere GreenStar RTK, growing wheat, barley, canola, lupins and oaten hay.

They’ve also invested heavily in soil amelioration including deep ripping, delving and spading, with drainage and drone mapping becoming a bigger focus across the operation.
