✨ Turn It Around Tuesday ✨

Welcome to our new series!

Every Tuesday we'll be sharing positive reminders, helpful tips, inspiring stories, and opportunities to help keep our community motivated and moving forward.

💭 This week's reminder: "You don't have to see the whole path, to take the first step."

💡 Instead of focusing on everything you need to achieve all at once, focus on one small action that you can take today.

✅ Make that phone call
✅ Update your resume
✅ Ask for advice
✅ Sign up for a course
✅ Write down your goals

Every journey starts somewhere, and sometimes the smallest step can lead to the biggest change.

Have a deadly week, everyone! 🖤💛❤️

🌸 AES Female Elders Luncheon 🌸

Recently, we had the privilege of bringing together our local Gomeroi women Elders for a special day of connection, culture, and community.

Our Elders spent the day enjoying a lovely afternoon tea with cake, tea/coffee and a beautiful meal, and taking part in a creative art activity where they painted and decorated clapsticks while each sharing beautiful stories about their memories of growing up in Moree. It was a wonderful opportunity to slow down, spend time together, reconnect, and enjoy each other's company in a relaxed and welcoming space.

Our Elders are the heart of our communities, carrying knowledge, culture, strength, and wisdom that continues to guide future generations. While special occasions provide opportunities to celebrate them, we believe it's important to create meaningful moments throughout the year that honour and recognise their invaluable contributions.

Thank you to all the beautiful women who joined us and helped make the day so special. The laughter, stories, creativity, and cultural sharing made for a truly memorable gathering. 🖤💛❤️
