(final tip for 2021!)

Next year there will continue to be healthy competition for HSE Advisors and HSE Managers.

Candidates - only put yourself in a recruitment process if you are truly committed to changing roles - it's just not a good look to resign then accept a counter offer (or another job!).

Hiring Managers - keep the communication flowing with your current team, who are no doubt fielding calls from recruiters. And, keep in touch with your incoming hires. If 2021 has taught us anything, it's that a verbal or signed acceptance doesn't always translate to the candidate starting.
