Here’s what his Team Leader had to say in their nomination. A big thank you for taking the time to recognise Paddy and the fantastic work he’s been doing.

Paddy is an absolute star. He is warm, thoughtful and genuinely personable, making an effort to connect with colleagues across the organisation, not just within his own team. He takes the time to understand what others do and who they are, which contributes enormously to a positive workplace culture.

Paddy brings a calm, good natured approach to his work and is incredibly hardworking. He works independently, takes initiative, and isn't afraid to reach out for support when needed. He plans ahead, communicates clearly, shares his knowledge generously, and consistently demonstrates professionalism and reliability.
