We are absolutely thrilled to welcome Toni-Jo Mooney to the team as our new Recruitment Specialist.

Toni brings nearly four years of recruitment experience and a connection to the veteran community that runs deep. Her family's service history goes all the way back to World War One, and she grew up with a Dad who made sure she understood exactly what that meant.

Ex-ADF and working in construction, civil, resources, or project coordination?

Ironside Resources is placing a Project Coordinator with Foundation Technologies Australia, delivering projects across mining, energy infrastructure, and government programs across Australia.

Brisbane-based.
FIFO to site.
$140k to $160k including super.

FTA is looking for someone who left service with strong process and compliance discipline and has since applied it in a civilian environment. Civil construction experience is a bonus, but strong coordination and OH&S backgrounds from other sectors will be considered.

White Card required. HR licence a plus.

Ironside Resources is currently recruiting for a Rig Technician (AKA "Ground Surgeon") to join this Melbourne-based team.

At Raise & Relevel, they don’t just fix foundations, they perform precision surgery on structures across Melbourne. We’re looking for Rig Technicians who have a mechanical mind, a steady hand, and a pride in quality workmanship.

Requirements:
✔ White Card (Construction Induction Card)
✔ Mechanical or technical mindset
✔ Strong problem-solving ability
✔ Experience maintaining or operating equipment

Veterans from technical or trade backgrounds in the Army, Navy or Air Force may find their skills highly transferable in this role.
