As a former early childhood professional, and now a recruitment specialist in the field, this is one of the things I have, and I continue to appreciate leadership.

Even scribbles can turn into something beautiful with a little imagination!😉💖

Here's a fun and easy activity you can do with your little learners to help them develop their fine motor skills and creativity!

On a piece of paper, have them make scribbles using different colours. Then, encourage them to draw a character out of their scribbles! It can be anything they want– a person, an animal, a monster... the sky's the limit!

You can also ask them to exchange papers with a friend and do the same thing! This is a great way to get them socializing and working on their cooperation skills as well.💛🐝

While giving your little learners the freedom to explore and discover their interests is essential, it's also essential to help them understand that there are consequences to their actions. However we have to do this in the right way, we can learn a lot from B.F. Skinner's Operant Conditioning theory in doing so.

Rewards and consequences play a significant role in shaping a child's behaviour and teaching them about the concept of cause and effect. By using social reinforcement strategically, we can help children learn to make good choices and become more independent in the long run.🤝💙
