Most businesses track performance. Very few track language.

But listen closely and your culture will tell on itself.

If your team says “they decided” or “they rolled this out”, you’ve got distance. If they say “we”, you’ve got ownership.

That shift from “they” to “we” - isn’t semantics. It’s a signal of morale, alignment, and whether your people actually feel part of the business.
