- Filipino students of the different campuses
- Other student organisations in Victoria
- The ASEAN Student Council of Australia
- Wider Filipino groups in Victoria
c. Uphold the rights and welfare of the students in Victoria and the respective campuses by:
- Helping new students adjust to their new environment by orienting them to the life in Victoria and to the facilities and services available to the respective campuses and helping them find accommodation and other necessities.
- Assisting students having academic difficulties in the university. Promote Filipino values, tradition, and culture. Perform other functions that the body may deem beneficial to the organisation. WEBSITE: https://www.fastcovic.org/
