Lloyd Connect has been running for 10 years. Jenny Lloyd has been doing this for 27.
Before founding Lloyd Connect, Jenny spent 17 years placing candidates across some of the most varied sectors in the market. From hospitality and airlines to legal, IT, health and not-for-profit, and from frontline roles right through to executive leadership, she has navigated complex hiring environments and built relationships that have followed her throughout her career. She is known for asking the hard questions, holding high ethical standards, and caring about what happens after the placement is made.
She founded Lloyd Connect because she wanted to serve her clients and candidates with more care, more depth and a more genuine investment in the outcome. Over the years, as the business grew and relationships deepened, so did her understanding of what people on both sides of a placement truly need.
That understanding led to the development of Connected Crew. A platform designed to connect casual workers with the organisations that need them, with the potential to grow across every industry where reliable, compliant casual staffing matters.
Connecting people has never been limited to recruitment. Jenny also co-founded Connected Coworking, a collaborative workspace for creatives, professionals and entrepreneurs, featuring offices, meeting rooms, a recording studio and a commercial kitchen.
