C2A is looking for Casual Gardeners to join our growing team across Melbourne's south-eastern suburbs.

This role is perfect for people looking to get back into the workforce and semi-retired gardeners, former groundskeepers, maintenance workers, or anyone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in a job well done. Whether you're available one day a week or several days, we'd love to hear from you.

What's on Offer?

What You'll Need
• Gardening experience
• Your own gardening toolkit and equipment
• Reliable transport
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent reliability and work ethic
• A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDIS WSC) or willingness to obtain one

Seasonal Work Patterns
Our busiest period is September through to March, when gardening demand is at its highest. During these months, work opportunities are typically more frequent. Outside of peak season, work is available as required based on customer demand and contract commitments.

We're looking to build a network of trusted contractors who can be called upon as required to help us meet customer demand and fulfil our growing portfolio of contracts.

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Support Worker to lead and support our Programs in Traralgon. This role is ideal for a confident team leader within the Disability sector who is passionate about guiding, mentoring and upskilling staff.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience supporting disability support workers to understand and implement behaviour support plans, contribute to program development and drive positive outcomes aligned with participants goals.

In this role you will provide hands on leadership, coach and development team capacity, and work directly alongside people with disability to build independence, confidence and meaningful outcomes.

Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills are desired, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with participants, families, carers, and Allied Health professionals.
