💚🖤 Meet Sonny! 🐴

This 7-year-old, 16.1hh brown Standardbred gelding is calm, easy to handle and has lovely ground manners. He retired completely sound due to his owner downscaling.

Sonny hasn’t been ridden yet and is looking for someone with experience to guide his next chapter.

**UPDATE - REHOMED! **

🚨 NEW HORSE ALERT 💚🖤🐴

Will is a 6-year-old, 15.1hh bay/brown Standardbred looking for a new home beyond racing. Described by his connections as quiet and calm, he has very good ground manners, no known vices and has been relaxed around children and trucks.

Will hasn’t been ridden and will need someone with experience to guide his transition to life under saddle.

His connections advise that he has bled once, when asked to work at top speed. A slower-paced life away from racing will suit him well.

HRV Hero sponsored rider Kylee Paull showing just what this breed can do! 🔥

This isnt a winning run as there is a pole down but what is winning, is the sheer joy that these incredible athletes: the Standardbred, bring to me!

They arent designed or bred to be running full speed around drums or weaving through poles but they certainly give it a decent try.
They thrive in their new life after racing and have the ability to adapt to anything that is asked of them.

A very underestimated breed!
