GigDesk is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to support one of our clients based in Australia. If you're highly organized, reliable, and have a strong background in bookkeeping for Australian businesses, we want to hear from you!

Part-time role

Responsibilities:
▪ Manage accounts receivable and payable
▪ Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports
▪ Ensure compliance with relevant Australian accounting standards and tax regulations
▪ Perform regular bank and account reconciliations
▪ Support BAS, GST, and payroll reporting where needed
▪ Communicate directly with the client to clarify transactions and resolve discrepancies

Requirements:
▪ Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping (experience with Australian clients preferred)
▪ Proficiency in Xero
▪ Understanding of Australian GST, BAS, and payroll compliance
▪ Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
▪ Strong written and verbal communication skills

GigDesk is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our fast-growing software client, who specialises in streamlining operations for National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) providers. In this role, you'll research prospects, qualify leads, and initiate outreach to drive new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:
▪ Generate qualified leads through cold calls, emails, and social media
▪ Research target markets, competitors, and customer profiles
▪ Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM
▪ Schedule meetings between prospects and sales executives
▪ Support marketing campaigns to improve lead generation
▪ Build relationships and convert cold leads into warm opportunities
▪ Report on lead progress and sales pipeline status

Requirements:
▪ At least 1 year of experience in sales or business development, ideally in the SaaS or tech industry

The NDIS Roster Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining efficient staff rosters to ensure the delivery of high-quality and timely support services to NDIS participants. This role is crucial in aligning participant care needs with the availability and skillsets of support workers while ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines and the SCHADS Award.

Responsibilities:

▪️ Develop and maintain rosters in line with business, client, or care recipient needs.
▪️ Coordinate and manage daily, weekly, and monthly rosters for support workers across multiple NDIS participants.
▪️ Match participants with appropriate staff based on their support plans, preferences, locations, and specific needs.
▪️ Adjust rosters proactively in response to short-notice changes such as staff sick leave, cancellations, or emergencies.
▪️ Maintain and update staff profiles including availability, location, certifications, and competencies (e.g., medication training, manual handling).
▪️ Ensure compliance with the SCHADS Award, NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission standards, and relevant regulations.
▪️ Communicate roster changes clearly and promptly to support staff and participants using apps, SMS, or email.
▪️ Collaborate with case managers, client coordinators, and participant guardians to manage expectations and service delivery timelines.
