In 2021, during one of the most challenging periods the dental industry had faced, Attention To Dental began with one Dental Assistant simply trying to help practices survive staffing shortages.
What started as a single person temping across Melbourne quickly became something much bigger.
As practices continued reaching out for support, it became clear there was a major gap in the industry — practices were not just looking for staff. They were looking for reliable, experienced people who understood dental.
Today, Attention To Dental has grown into a national dental staffing and recruitment agency supporting practices across Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales and the ACT.
What makes our story different is simple.
