We're absolutely delighted to announce and welcome our newest member to the Emu family, Laura Smith!

Laura will be playing a key role in supporting the delivery of all Partner work, as well as taking the lead when coordinating all Emu events.

She has a great communication style and is known for her friendly and approachable manner, as well as having the necessary 'can-do' attitude needed to help the Emu team achieve its objectives and goals.

Laura's previous 10 years of experience were spent as an Executive Assistant and Administrator for State and National sporting organisations. There she was responsible for supporting the Executive General Manager as well as other large diverse teams.

Laura lives in Mornington with her husband Luke and their three young boys - who are always on the go (so supporting 5 high-maintenance Search Partners should be a walk in the park...!)

She has also been involved in Calisthenics since the age of two and is currently the Senior Head Coach for one of Victoria's elite teams.

Dominic Cara and the Emu team would like to congratulate Jackie Walsh on her recent appointment as General Manager, Safety & Wellbeing at Bunnings Group.

Jackie is regarded as a safety industry thought leader and brings over 20 years of workplace health, safety and wellbeing experience in complex global organisations. She was recently Vice President, Safety, Health, Environment and Security at Orica, and has held executive roles within Toll Group where she was developing, driving, and implementing successful safety and wellbeing management strategies.

Luke Marshall and the Emu team would like to congratulate Tom Bradley on his recent appointment as General Manager, Customer Experience (CX) at Kmart Australia Limited.

Tom brings deep Customer, Digital and Data executive experience to this newly created position. Holding strategic roles with globally recognised brands such as Accenture, Coles, SABMiller and Bacardi, we have no doubt he will go on to do extraordinary things at Kmart.

Luke Marshall and the wider Emu team are delighted to announce and congratulate Rennie Freer GAICD on her recent appointment as Head of Marketing at Kmart Australia Limited.

Rennie brings over two decades of retail marketing experience to the role, working for category leading brands such as Mecca and Amart in CMO and Marketing leadership roles. Rennie is highly respected in the industry as a thought leader in marketing and more broadly customer experience and will support the continued transformation and development of the much loved Kmart brand.
