Our client is looking to grow with an additional 2 OTs and 2 Speech Pathologists. This is not your average clinic. This Western Sydney site has over 25 therapy rooms meaning every clinician has their own space all working collaboratively under the one roof. Their multidisciplinary practice includes OT, Speech, Psychological and Physio services and works with young people through various stages of their development.

No community travel, no home visits, all therapy is delivered in clinic allowing you to manage your time, your learning and your supervision all under the one roof. Our client has also had incredible success in sponsoring clinicians, with most staying on for several years in view of becoming permanent residents. It’s a place where you are valued, supported and can experience exceptional career growth.

We are currently looking for a both mid-career and senior clinicians, so ideally, you’ll have over 2 years' experience with a focus on Paediatric services as an OT or Speech Pathologist.

Salary range is between $90k - $110k + super, but will be assessed on both experience, capabilities and what type of individualised support program might be best for you. It is also essential that you have AHPRA or SPA registration or be at the final stages of completing this process. 482 VISA sponsorship is available.

Are you a Speechie in Brisbane’s North who loves variety in their role? Want flexibility and work life balance without compromising on earning?

Right now, our client is growing their Speech team and looking for 2-3 clinicians at various experience levels (graduate, early career, senior). Salary range $85k - $110k + super.

Day to day, you will support clients in the community whether it be in their home, educational settings, a community centre, aged care facility, remotely by telehealth or wherever most appropriate. You’ll complete a range of comprehensive assessments and therapy including swallowing assessments (dysphagia evaluations), and evidence-based treatment for speech, language, voice, and fluency concerns. This is not a NDIS only role, you’ll also see aged care + private clients too.

For new grads or early career Speechies, you will be provided with a comprehensive tailored training program to ensure you have all the support you need without needing a clinic. You’ll also have regular in person and remote support from your senior / leader.
If you’re at Senior level, the Speech team is growing and there will be opportunities to move into leadership, starting off with mentoring and if you’re ready, providing some clinical supervision.

Most clinicians with this company work in the comfort of their home 50% - 60% of the week (usually full at home days), with the remaining time out seeing clients in the community. Plan your week to suit you. Full or part-time options available.

Your new role will see you based in Darwin, supporting clients both in clinic and community to recover from injury after an accident (workplace or motor). This is a clinical EP role where you’ll use your evidence-based training to prescribe and deliver exercise rehab services in a clients preferred location (clinic, gym, home, park, community centre). With a focus on both physical and mental health, you’ll be passionate about helping someone achieve their goals.

What’s on offer?

Highly suited to someone that loves working in exercise rehab environments. Salary $85k - $100k + super + performance-based bonus.

✅ Physio Occ Rehab Consultant either Launceston (TAS), Bunbury (WA) or Busselton (WA) – Suits an experienced Physio who wants to move away from hand on clinical work and focus on the invaluable role of supporting someone’s return to work journey after injury. Use your clinical + assessment skills to formulate care plans for injured workers, overseeing each step of the way in collaboration with the clinical treatment team, employer and insurance company. Complete workplace / ergonomic assessments to ensure suitable return. Salary $85k - $100k + super (up to $110k if you have Occ Rehab experience) + performance-based bonuses. Car provided for WA roles.

Hey Physios – we have an amazing opportunity with a growing Neuro Rehab service provider who has clinics across several states. This particular opportunity is based in Wollongong.

If you’re passionate about supporting clients with neurological and musculoskeletal presentations, focusing on functional improvement, independence and quality of life – this is the role for you!

You’ll have access to cutting edge technology, an amazing clinic space and work predominantly onsite but with flexibility required to do some community / home visits. Team collaboration is key and you’ll also work alongside EPs to deliver world class therapy services.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years post graduate experience (can be in varying fields) with a demonstrable passion for Neuro Rehab. While specific experience as an NDIS / Neuro Physio would be ideal, it is not necessarily essential.
