Hey Physios – we have an amazing opportunity with a growing Neuro Rehab service provider who has clinics across several states. This particular opportunity is based in Wollongong.

If you’re passionate about supporting clients with neurological and musculoskeletal presentations, focusing on functional improvement, independence and quality of life – this is the role for you!

You’ll have access to cutting edge technology, an amazing clinic space and work predominantly onsite but with flexibility required to do some community / home visits. Team collaboration is key and you’ll also work alongside EPs to deliver world class therapy services.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years post graduate experience (can be in varying fields) with a demonstrable passion for Neuro Rehab. While specific experience as an NDIS / Neuro Physio would be ideal, it is not necessarily essential.

Salary range is between $85k - $105k + super + performance-based bonuses. General AHPRA + full working rights are required, sponsorship not available. If you’re not in Wollongong but open to relocating, assistance can be provided.

OTs in Sydney's North West – we have an outstanding opportunity for anyone who loves a mix of FIFO work!

Our client is a well-established in-home support + support coordination provider, who are expanding into clinical allied health. They are looking for their first OT to help get this service running – but this is no ordinary OT role.

Covering the greater north west area of Sydney (Blacktown / Rouse Hill / Riverstone / Marsden Park + surrounds) as an NDIS focused community OT, you’ll support the full age range and be offered great flexibility.

You’ll also be providing FIFO services to regional NSW every couple of weeks with flights and accommodation paid for + a meals allowance and car provided. Great way to build up travel rewards points for a free yearly holiday. Also an amazing way to get out of the big smoke and enjoy fresh country air, but you do need to be able to stay for at least 1 week each regional trip.

As the first OT in the business, you’ll also be provided with regular quality external supervision, and if you’re an experienced / Senior OT this role can become a Lead OT as the service continues to grow.

While you’ll have a larger head office team in the North West Sydney office, this role would still suit someone who is experience enough to operate a little independently.

The ideal candidate will have over 12 months post grad experience in a community-based OT role, and salary band is $85k - $100k + super to accommodate different levels. You’ll need general AHPRA and a car for your Sydney work (car use reimbursement provided). If you’re currently being sponsored on a 482 and need someone to take this over we can accommodate, but offshore sponsorship is not currently available.

This is truly a great opportunity for someone who loves being mobile and getting out into different communities to support clients.

Please get in touch with Aaron to express interest or discuss this amazing opportunity further [email protected] / 0411109933

Hey OTs in Ipswich, Logan City, Beenleigh or surrounding areas - are you passionate about Paediatrics and would love to work in a role focused on

⭐️Social and play skills
⭐️School readiness
⭐️Fine + gross motor skills
⭐️Neurodiversity
⭐️Daily living skills

Do you love being mobile, and want to move away from a clinic and billable hours targets completely? We have the role for you.

Our client is a growing mobile OT service provider, currently focused on Paediatrics but expanding into older teens and adults especially as the reforms are happening. They are looking for an additional OT to join their team who loves working with young people.

This role would suit someone who already has a minimum of 18 months in a paediatric focused caseload and would like to move into a more flexible, independent environment while still having strong team connectivity and structure. You’ll deliver an agreed and number of face-to-face sessions per week based on where you’re at in your career (no billables target) and be comfortable completing these in a range of settings – children’s homes, schools, learning / community centres, any place that best suits the family.

If you’re tired of trying to squeeze in the extra time to meet unrealistic KPIs and just want to focus on your sessions with clients – this is the environment for you. Total work from home flexibility when not seeing clients and for report writing + telehealth.

Salary range is from $85k - $100k + super + car allowance and professional development allowance. General AHPRA is required, along with access to your own vehicle. Sponsorship can be transferred if you’re on an existing 482 looking to change employers and have NDIS Paeds experience. Offshore sponsorship is not likely unfortunately.

⭐️⭐️⭐️OTs and Physios in or open to relocating to Toowoomba this one is for you!⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have 2 exciting opportunities (one Physio and one OT) due to growth of services in the Toowoomba region. Our client is a leading health service and amongst many things, provide community based allied health services across Australia.

The caseloads are exclusively community based; support at home, home care packages + rehabilitation in the home, no NDIS and no residential aged care.

⭐️Occupational Therapists ⭐️
You’ll be completing a range of individual and home assessments, with a focus on AT and home mods. Flexibility to book out full days at home for report writing. Full time, but part time can be considered (minimum 3 days per week)

⭐️Physios ⭐️
You’ll be focusing on support / rehab / hospital at home including post orthopaedic + some general surgeries, falls prevention and providing a range of assessments and rehab plans to support independent living and prevent hospital admission. Full time, but part time can be considered (minimum 3 days per week)

Salary range for both roles is between $80k - $97k (negotiable) + super + car allowance and great CPD / employee benefits. While you will have access to great support and supervision in the state, due to there not being a clinical lead in Toowoomba itself these roles may not suit a new graduate. Your experience can come from any environment but ideally, you’ll have worked in the community before.

Both roles will require general AHPRA and full working rights, offshore sponsorship is not available. If you are in Australia on a 482 and looking for a VISA transfer, this may be available. If you are relocating to Toowoomba, financial assistance towards relocation can be provided.

Please email Aaron to apply for either role or to find out more details and arrange a confidential chat [email protected]

⭐️⭐️NDIS Area / State Manager Sydney⭐️⭐️

Are you an accomplished Senior OT or current OT Team Manager in Sydney and looking to further your career in the NDIS?

We are currently partnering with a national NDIS provider who are part of a health services powerhouse and renown for offering an exceptional career experience.

Your new role will be a mix of
☑️Managing a growing team of OTs and supporting their development (future Senior OTs and Team Managers will ideally come from internal development)
☑️Working with the GM on building services across metro Sydney and entering new NSW regions over the next 12 months.
☑️Managing relationships with external partners to keep a steady flow of referrals coming through
☑️For the first 3-6 months you’ll likely manage a heavily reduced caseload, decreasing as the team grows

This role will become (or can start off as) the NSW State Manager but would really suit someone wanting to step up with amazing support.

Ideally, you'll be based in one of the Western Sydney branches, but there can be some flexibility for other metro Sydney offices. Salary will be aligned with both experience and capabilities – likely between $130-$150k + super + performance-based bonuses.

I'd love to chat with any OTs looking at NDIS leadership roles to see if this may the right fit. The essential minimum criteria, however, is 3-4 + years working as a Senior OT (or current Team Manager) in NDIS specifically. We'll also be assessing leadership skills and qualities on an individual basis.

Interested in applying or finding out more? Please email Aaron your queries or resume so we can arrange time for a confidential chat [email protected]

Great fit out to provide a range of services and exercise programs, large percentage of long-term clients but enough space in your week to have some flexibility to include things you’re passionate about.

Relocation support is offered along with a salary range is $80k - $105k + super + monthly performance-based bonus.
VISA transfer / sponsorship can be provided if you have general AHPRA and are already working here on another VISA as a Physio. Outside of this, sponsorship is not available for these roles.

Are you an early career OT looking for the best place to start or grow your OT career in Melbourne? Our client can offer it all 🤩

🏥Clinic space – you won't be alone out in the community; you’ll have your own space in the Bundoora clinic so you can be around other clinicians and will grow into a mixed clinic and community practitioner

💪Support – You’ll have an experienced Clinical Lead to offer you the best start to your career + a dedicated Senior OT to support your graduate program + 1 admin person per 3 OTs to take all the hassle out of admin.

🎯Billables – yes, pretty much every NDIS provider has them, but the difference here is you are eased into things, 1 client at a time. After about 9 months or once you have a full caseload, your target is capped at 25.5 hours per week which is extremely achievable and does not add pressure while you're learning and growing.

💲 Rewards – Even with all of the above on offer, you’re still offered an extremely generous bonus scheme where you’ll earn 50% of all revenue you generate above your target (this is quite rare)
Where else can you get access to all this?

Based in Bundoora, you’ll support a caseload which encompasses the full age range (options for a Paediatric specialisation available) including services from early intervention Paediatrics to psychosocial services, home mods and AT for SIL or adults living in the community. Community aged care is also being brought in, offering great variety.

General AHPRA and full working rights are essential. Ideally, you'll have a driver's licence and car also, but we can offer an in-clinic role.

For new grads, salary is $75k + super, for experienced OTs salary range is from $80k - $100k + super. All clinicians also get access to a monthly performance-based bonus + gym membership + a bunch of great employee benefits

Please email Aaron your resume to apply, or your name and number if you'd like to arrange a confidential chat first [email protected]
