🔧 Position 1: Forklift Drivers
As a Forklift Driver, you’ll play a vital role in our client’s operations, handling goods in cold and freezer environments with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:
* Operate counterbalance & high reach forklifts
* Work in cold/freezer environments (5°C to -23°C)
* Comfortable working with meat products
* Support warehouse operations with loading/unloading
🕒 Hours: Mon – Fri, 7am to 3pm
💰 Pay Rate: $33.16/hr (+ freezer allowance if applicable)
🔹 Location: Broadmeadows
🔹 Bonus: Must be available over the Christmas period

🔧 Position 2: General Labourers
As a General Labourer, you’ll assist in various tasks across multiple sites, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Must have a white card
* Operate hand and power tools confidently
* Handle physical tasks, including lifting up to 20kg
* Work across all West, North, and Southeast suburbs
🕒 Hours: Adhoc work, 8am – 4pm
💰 Pay Rate: $33 – $34/hr
🔹 Bonus: Steel cap boots & high vis required (PPE provided)

🔧 Position 3: Pick Packers
As a Pick Packer, you’ll assist with order fulfillment and inventory management, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handle physical tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Assist with packing and sorting items
* Work across multiple shifts as required

🔧 What You’ll Do:
*Perform maintenance primarily on bag-making machines, expanding into other plant areas over time.
*Follow site policies, safety procedures, and spare parts systems.
*Maintain accurate shift logs and update task allocations.

📜 Requirements:
*Open to day or night shifts, with weekend work (Monday to Saturday) and overtime as per the current EBA.
*Willing to work 12-hour shifts for coverage as needed.
*Must bring own tools and PPE (safety shoes and glasses).
*Strong understanding of safety systems and LOTO procedures.
*No access to electrical panels – electricians will handle those.
*Team player with a willingness to share knowledge.
