Are you experienced in fire services estimating and quantity take-offs for Australian construction projects?

We’re looking for a technically strong Fire Services Estimator to join a remote team on a part-time basis, supporting Australian fire protection and construction projects.

🔹 Role: Fire Services Estimator

🔹 Hours: 4–5 hours per day
🔹 Preferred Hours: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM AEST
🔹 Location: Remote
🔹 Experience: 2–3+ years

What You’ll Do
• Review tender drawings, specifications and project documentation
• Complete accurate fire services quantity take-offs
• Estimate wet fire systems, especially sprinklers
• Support dry fire take-offs where required
• Identify scope gaps, discrepancies, inclusions and exclusions
• Update estimates when drawings or requirements change
• Support commercial, refurbishment, supermarket and new construction projects

What We’re Looking For
✅ 2–3+ years of fire estimating/take-off experience
✅ Strong wet fire & sprinkler estimating experience
✅ Australian project experience
✅ Knowledge/exposure to AS 2118.1 and Australian fire standards
✅ Strong drawing and specification interpretation skills
✅ Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
✅ Strong written and verbal English
✅ Ability to work independently

Procore Take off / Estimating experience is preferred, but NOT mandatory. Training can be provided to candidates with strong fire estimating and take-off skills.
