Both of Craig's parents have lived with dementia, and in August 2025, he lost his father, Peter, to this devastating disease. Having seen firsthand the impact dementia has on individuals and their families, Craig is running to raise awareness, support vital services, and honour his dad's memory 💚

For a $20 donation, you'll be supporting the incredible work of Dementia Australia while joining a morning focused on community, connection and making a difference!

SAVE THE DATE!

On Sunday 5 July, our very own Director, Craig McGregor will be taking on 20 laps of Harold Gregson Park (10km) to raise funds for Dementia Australia, ahead of the Sydney Marathon where he will be running for Dementia Australia 🏃🏻💚

Watching the impact dementia has on individuals and their families is something Craig knows all too well. Craig is running in memory of his Dad, while also supporting his mum who also suffers and the many families currently facing similar challenges.

We're inviting our clients, candidates, friends, family and the wider community to come along and be part of something special!

Whether you walk one lap, run twenty laps, grab a coffee, or simply show your support by making a donation, every contribution makes a difference.

We chatted to Craig, the Director of HRG and asked him if he could remember the first candidate placement or client he ever worked with?

"We worked with one of the open cut mines to source diesel fitters. More so, a better thing, I do remember our first ever internal employee, Sheridan, she became my 4th daughter, I loved working with her and now in 2026 our family has expanded with Kristie who is much more than an employee. It has been so rewarding watching her grow as a professional and person", Craig McGregor
