With offices in Laverton, Port Melbourne and Hallam, Logical Staffing Solutions has been servicing the staffing requirements of Melbourne business and industry since 2002. We are 100% Australian owned and operated, committed to helping Australian businesses thrive. We began business because we saw the personnel recruitment market as littered with agencies that do not have the internal expertise and knowledge to confidently fulfil the requirements of their clients. Our chosen markets are only those in which we have extensive first-hand working experience:
Experienced Truck Drivers
Plant & Equipment Operators
Warehousing & Distribution Personnel
HACCP Inducted Production Personnel
Food & Light Manufacturing Personnel
Office and Administration Staff
A common ploy is to engage consultants, sales and customer service staff who lack industry experience in both labour hire as well as the target industry. This can result in temporary contractors that are inappropriate and inadequate for the job thus compromising Occupational Health and Safety, productivity, efficiency and morale. Logical Staffing Solutions only employs internal operations staff that have previous hands-on experience in our chosen markets. Collectively, the key stakeholders of Logical Staffing Solutions have in excess of 75 years experience in labour hire, along with extensive experience in the full supply chain.
