🚜 Fair Work Ombudsman’s Report Highlights Widespread Breaches in Horticulture – Here’s How LabourCo Sets the Standard 🚜

The Fair Work Ombudsman has just released its Horticulture Compliance Report, uncovering widespread non-compliance in the sector – especially among labour-hire providers. Some regions saw over 80% of inspected providers breaching workplace laws, with common issues including underpayment, poor record-keeping, and failure to issue pay slips.
