Recently, nine of our team members completed practical 4WD training with LOW4 Off Road, working through uneven terrain, vehicle recovery, trailer handling, and other situations they may face on the road.

Emily has reached an exciting milestone, gaining her Provisional Driver Licence with support through the TRACQS Driving Participation Option.

With extra driving practice, access to a training vehicle, and support with the cost and organisation of her test, TRACQS helped Emily take the final steps towards her licence.

Supporting others means knowing how to look after yourself, too.

That was a key focus for the TRACQS team during two recent workshops delivered through CORES (Community Owned Response to Eliminating Su***de), exploring self-care, mental wellbeing, and su***de intervention.

The sessions gave our team practical ways to manage stress, set healthy boundaries, recognise when someone may be struggling, and approach difficult conversations with greater confidence, skills that matter both inside the workplace and in the communities we serve.
