Men@Work Labour Hire is currently looking for an experienced & highly skilled Payroll Officer/Bookkeeper to join their Team on a Casual basis. Payroll Officer would be required School hours on a Monday & Wednesday. If the successful candidate had bookkeeping experience hours would increase to 8am-4pm Monday & Wednesday, an additional half day may be required depending on workload. To apply for this position you must be highly motivated, have attention to detail, efficient, able to prioritise and can work autonomously. You must have at least 3yrs recent experience and have knowledge with all the Fair Work Australia legislation and rulings for multiple awards. Experience using This Planet – Jupiter Database & MYOB Premier V19 highly regarded. Duties would include, collating and checking of all timesheets, timesheet entry, generating payslips and invoices, sending EFT file to bank, candidate and employer payroll enquiries, STP generation to ATO, Separation Certificates & EOY Payment Summaries. Bookkeeper would have extensive knowledge and experience with Bank Reconciliations, weekly PAYG, Payroll Tax, Quarterly BAS, Monthly Superannuation, Accounts Payable/Receivable, preparation of all records for Accountant.
