She achieved rapid success through coaching and encouraging employment candidates of their worthiness; creating higher engagement, attendance and sustainability. Her results had her quickly promoted to Regional Employment Broker within the industry. From 2011, Natalie was engaged buy, an Executive Management Consulting firm to fill the role of recruitment and new business development for a start up. Recruitment involved the selection of Change Managers, project managers suited to corporate clients using innovative profile matching, EQ analysis, cognitive assessments and interviewing techniques. Natalie returned to the employment services industry in 2014, working with not only employment services providers, she worked in Occupational rehab working with clients whom have been injured at work at lost all confidence in returning t work. Natalie's most recent tenure was with Victoria's largest employment service provider, Managing a high preforming sales team, creating opportunities for Job seekers across all walks of life and assisting businesses with in-depth labour market analysis assisting employers in finding the right talent in an every changing environment. Natalie has returned to her passion to help people succeed in their job searching efforts, sharing her skills and knowledge to assist you or your loved ones get the job you want.
