A TikTok debate is melting down over a candidate walking into an interview, sipping on their Iced Coffee?
How do you feel about this and which debating team do you sit on here?

Says it's ok with a candidate walking into a job interview armed with their Iced Coffee.
➡️ Debate Team B➡️
Thinks it's all too casual and the candidate should take the interview process more seriously.
The debate has also raised the question whether an Interviewer could be unbiased when interviewing the candidate for high capability & capacity to undertake the role, organisational & motivational alignment, rather than the overshadowing of true talent after "Coffee-Gate" syndrome?
For us - we think outside of the box.
Be prepared for your interview, review the job advertisement, have all information needed at hand - and if you are taking a coffee into an interview, it's only polite to take one for the interviewer...Right? 😂
