Ashvin began his HCA journey just over a year ago, and has since established himself as a favourite amongst our NSW operations team and the clients he services.

Ashvin is an incredibly helpful individual as he is known to always says 'yes' to any opportunities we throw his way. He is considerate and has the most polite phone manner - our rostering staff love to speak with him on the phone.

He is well respected and appreciated by his clients - we often receive positive accounts from clients after he finishes his shifts.

“She is the perfect support worker.”

Angele has only been with HCA for a short amount of time yet has proven herself to be an incredibly valued and well-liked staff member amongst our QLD operations team.

As described by Angelina, “Angele has been so incredible at picking up a bunch of shifts, updating her availability, and she is SO lovely to speak with – she is the perfect support worker!”

Some beautiful words from Angele: “Providing assistance to others really brings me joy and appreciation, and I am willing to give my all if I can. As a result of your feedback and of those I serve, I feel as though I have wings to fly. We cannot smile in every situation, but being able to be a helping hand to someone is one of the most beautiful things we can ever do for each other. Although I wish everyone a happy and healthy life, I do know that unfortunately some of us still face hardships in life. I therefore aim to help others live their lives to the fullest so they can achieve their full potential.”

Today we would like to acknowledge and extend a huge thank you to Munish! 💜

Our South Australian rostering team have received a number of positive feedback accounts from Munish's clients, all of which have described him as an extremely hard working and compassionate person, who has a consistently positive approach to his work.

Munish is always so friendly to speak with, and always helps out where he can.

A big shout-out and thank you to one of our amazing Western Australian support workers, Daria! 💜

Daria only began her HCA career earlier this year, yet has received countless positive feedback accounts from a variety of her clients. It is incredible to see the huge impact she has made in such a short amount of time!

According to our WA rostering team, Daria is always willing to go the extra mile for her clients... and we mean this quite literally, as on a number of occasions she has been happy to drive a longer distance for her shifts!

Once again, we would like to thank Daria for her incredible dedication and willingness to help - it does not go unnoticed 💜.

Meet Elena!

Commencing her HCA career in September 2022, Elena has been described by our Victorian rostering team as an extremely hard worker who cares greatly for her clients.

Elena is known for building amazing rapport with not only her clients, but their families as well. She always takes the time to go the extra mile with her care, and has on occasions taught her clients excellent life skills such as making dumplings and cooking.

Please join us in congratulating the wonderful Angelina – Winner of our Values Award for the month of April 💜.

Demonstrating several of HCA's company values, Angelina was nominated a considerable number of times, but most notably for the value of “We are team players”.
