Gold Rush 2026! What a great day!

What a great day we had at the Gold Rush this year! 🎉
From start to finish, the day was filled with lots of fun and it was so great to see everyone out in our community enjoying the parade.

🌟 Empowering the Next Generation! 🌟
This week, the Jobmatch Employment team had a fantastic time connecting with students at James Nash State High School for their Mental Health Week activities! 🎒✨

We brought along our interactive reflection jars, giving students a fun, visual way to vote on what areas and pressures impact them the most right now:
🚀 The Adulting Leap (Work & independence)
💬 Social & Vibe Check (Friendships & peer pressure)
⚖️ The Balancing Act (Managing it all)
📚 The Assessment Crunch (School stress & deadlines)
❓ The "What's Next?" Mystery (Future planning)

Shining a light on these pressures helps normalise the conversation around youth mental health. It was incredible to see the students engage so openly, share their experiences, and chat about how we can support them as they transition into the workforce.
