More than a partnership. A connection to community. πŸ’™

More than 9,000 people came together at the Bengalla Community Open Day in Muswellbrook on Saturday 12 September, for a fantastic day of connection, activities and community spirit.

Our Programmed team was proud to be part of the day, with the stall proving a popular stop for local families, games, prizes and plenty of fun.

The event was also a great opportunity to celebrate our strong partnership with Bengalla which today sees more than 150 Programmed people working across the operation.

From traineeships and operator training through to skilled trades, we’re proud to support local people to build skills, gain experience and develop careers in the Upper Hunter.

A big thank you to everyone who helped make the day such a success. It was fantastic to be part of such a great community event. πŸ™Œ

Last week, Programmed was on the ground at AgQuip in Gunnedah, New South Wales, for three days connecting with industry, businesses and the local community.

Our Training and Energy & Resources teams joined forces at the Programmed booth, sharing more about the workforce, training and employment solutions we deliver across regional Australia.

A great few days of conversations, connections and catching up with familiar faces. Thanks to everyone who stopped by to meet the team.

We’re thrilled to be named as a finalist in two categories for the RCSA Australia Awards:
- Excellence in Safety and Wellbeing Culture
- Excellence in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging

The RCSA is the peak body for the recruitment and staffing industry across Australia and New Zealand, and being named as a finalist in two categories is a significant achievement that reflects the great work our people do every day.

We thank everyone who has contributed to this achievement and look forward to the winners being announced at the RCSA's Rec Gala event in May.
