This role is ideal for a Senior Tax & Business Services Accountant looking to manage a portfolio of SME clients across tax, compliance and advisory whilst building strong client relationships and working closely with experienced Partners.

They are looking for an accountant with 3–5 years' Australian public practice experience, CA/CPA qualifications or studies underway, strong technical tax knowledge and the confidence to work directly with clients.

The successful candidate will enjoy a flexible work environment that supports work-life balance, ongoing mentoring and professional development, exposure to a diverse client base, wellbeing initiatives and a genuine pathway into senior leadership within a well-established Sunshine Coast practice.
