I have written a few articles on feedback, this one is regarding recruiting. Mental health is a hot topic at the moment and not providing feedback to applicants is contributing to the issues. Please think about what you are doing to try and support people through your own recruitment practices. By focusing positively on your applicant and candidate experiences, you will naturally strengthen your employee brand and it will create strong advocates. You should also check out they are doing great work.
