👏 Chanelle our Boilermaker Apprentice placed with Bluestone Mines Tasmania Joint Venture has been busy as always onsite. She recently helped the heavy Vehicle crew with some hand rail and bracket installations on the remote bogger. Her dedication, quality welds, teamwork, and great attitude have earned some impressive recognition.

⭐️ When the Heavy Vehicle crew asked her supervisor, "Who's your best boilermaker welder? We need them to help," the answer came back straight away:
"Chanelle." ⭐️

Not bad for someone only just stepping into Stage 3 of her Boilermaker/Welder Apprenticeship! 👏

Well deserved recognition !

🤝 Connecting People with Opportunities

KEEN Partners were proud to recently take part in the Dorset Employment Connect Careers & Education Expo in Scottsdale, helping connect students and people with potential future employment opportunities.

We know that finding the right pathway can involve so much more. We were able to chat with attendees about career options, training opportunities and practical next steps to help them:

🔹 Explore a career pathway

It was fantastic to meet so many people and help them explore what could be next.

At KEEN Partners, we’re passionate about helping people find the right pathway.

A big thank you to Dorset Employment Connect for hosting the event👏
