Our team had the privilege of attending the Disability Employment Australia conference last week surrounded by passionate Providers and advocates reminding us why our work matters so deeply.

The conversations, shared experiences, and diverse perspectives gave us a powerful lens on what meaningful reform could look like with the goal of enhancing the participant experience and continuing to strengthen our service delivery.

We’ve returned informed, inspired and ready to keep working towards greater outcomes.

Our mission is to empower everyone to be successful at work and we believe that leadership should be accessible, inclusive, and grounded in community. By investing in people, we invest in stronger regions.

We’re delighted to offer an emerging community leader the opportunity to participate in the Leaders for Geelong program.

Nichola is a behaviour change specialist who delivers Active Geelong's initiatives. With strong alignment between their missions, gforce and Active Geelong are both working toward a shared goal - building a more inclusive, thriving Geelong community.

Best wishes to Nichola and the 2026 cohort.
