Ethical Hire, previously known as MCH Employment, was founded in 2019 to empower individuals with disabilities by helping them secure meaningful employment across various fields, including hospitality, information technology, and property. Over the years, we have expanded our services to deliver high-quality recruitment for support work, aged care, allied health, nursing, and administrative roles,
as well as labor hire. Through strong partnerships with registered providers, we have connected over 1100 individuals with families and communities, fostering a supportive and inclusive environment. Our approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and careful attention to detail. We go beyond placements, taking into account each candidate's unique qualities, including mentality, language skills, approach, education, experience, and competencies, to ensure the best fit. Our commitment is to make a lasting impact by providing compassionate support and empowering the communities we serve. As we grow, our goal is to expand our service to the Western and Northern suburbs of Melbourne and beyond, offering flexible staffing solutions, including casual, temporary, and permanent placements.
