Who are we looking for?
Hands on dual trade qualifications in Electrical and Mechanical with experience in the operation and maintenance of power generation facilities and associated equipment including gas engines, gensets and other power generation and energy recovery units.
What will you be doing?
We are currently seeking a Power Generation Specialist to maintain the assets within the requirements of the Alliance, working to support both our Wastewater and Water teams.
As part of the Asset Performance team within the Innovation and Business Improvement business unit, the purpose of the Power Generation Specialist role is to ensure the efficient and compliant delivery of planned and corrective / reactive maintenance services to all Power Generation and ancillary assets (treatment facilities and networks) across the ASD P&T Alliance area.
You will work directly with the Power Generation Lead Specialist in the planning, ex*****on and delivery of maintenance / overhaul / repair works of the Plant(s).
