Shopfitting at scale, delivered with consistency.

Shopfitting is about more than the installation itself. It requires experienced teams, strong coordination and the ability to maintain quality across every location.

In 2026, Hands On has already delivered over 150 stores across Australia, supporting national brands and global retailers across NSW, VIC and QLD, with more projects still to come.

From demolition and unloading to mark out, steel installation, joinery, slatwalls, panels, fixtures, finishing and final handover, our teams manage the different stages of installation with a focus on quality, efficiency and reliable ex*****on.

Supported by our Project Managers and experienced site teams, we coordinate projects across multiple locations, maintaining consistency while adapting to the requirements of each site.

Bringing design to life at Design Show Australia ✨

Design Show Australia brings together designers, architects, brands and industry professionals to explore the latest in furniture, lighting, materials, finishes and interior solutions.

Held at ICC Sydney, the event is a great showcase of creativity, innovation and new ideas shaping the design industry.

Behind every successful exhibition build is a team working to bring those spaces to life.

With 50 people booked across 6 different clients, our Sydney team successfully completed more than 11 stands over two days of bump-in, helping transform the venue into a fully prepared exhibition space, ready for exhibitors and visitors.

From the first stages of the build to the final details, it takes planning, teamwork and attention to detail to bring everything together 💪

A big effort from our team to deliver another successful exhibition!

Great work starts with a team that’s connected, aligned and ready to move forward together 🤝

Our Sydney Kick Off was a chance to bring our key workers from across the state together in one room for a day of training, collaboration and connection, while reflecting on our performance, exchanging ideas and making sure we’re all moving in the same direction.

Investing in training is an important part of how we work at Hands On. It helps us build consistency across our teams, strengthen our skills and maintain the standards our clients value in every project.

It’s through open communication, shared goals and a strong team mindset that we continue to grow, improve and raise the standard of what we deliver.

One of Australia’s most beloved pet events! And once again, Hands On was there to make it happen 🐾

We have had the privilege of being part of the Dog Lovers Festival across multiple states, and every time it comes around, it is a reminder of why we love what we do. Hundreds of exhibitors, thousands of visitors, and a floor that needs to be built from scratch before any of them arrive.

This year in Queensland, our team of over 40 professionals got to work. Project manager coordinating the full operation, 6 supervisors keeping every section on track, custom builders and shell builders delivering the builds that make each stand come to life.

The energy on the floor, the pride the exhibitors take in their spaces, the moment the doors open and everything is ready. Being part of that, year after year, across the country, is something the Hands On team takes great pride in.
