True North Personnel is seeking experienced Roller Operators to join the Core Lithium Civil Project. If you have a strong background in civil construction and are committed to working safely and efficiently, we want to hear from you!

📍 Project Details

🔷 Located at the Core Lithium Civil Project
🔷 Monday to Friday: 10 hours onsite, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
🔷 Saturday: approximately 7 hours onsite, from 7:00 am to 2:00 pm
🔷 Paid travel to and from site, transport provided
🔷 Great hourly rates and weekly pay

To be considered, you will need:

✅ Proven experience operating rollers on civil construction projects
✅ Current Roller RII ticket
✅ Current driver's licence
✅ Current White Card
✅ Experience working around earthworks, road construction, and compaction activities
✅ Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
✅ Ability to work effectively within a team environment

🔷 Multi Skilled Operators - hold RII’s and Traffic Control Tickets

True North Personnel is seeking an experienced Serviceman to join a major bulk earthworks project at the Mt Bundy Gold Project.

📍 Project Details

🔷 Commencing around 20th October
🔷 Monday to Friday roster
🔷 11.5 hours paid per day
🔷 Penalty rates and weekly pay
🔷 Full camp accommodation and meals provided
🔷 Please note: For the first few months, the roster will be 12 days on, 2 days off

✅ Previous experience servicing civil earthmoving equipment
✅ Strong commitment to safety and maintenance standards
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a productive team
✅ Current HR driver's license required

This is a great opportunity to secure consistent work on a well-established project with competitive pay and excellent camp facilities.
