Recruitment Intern
The ideal applicants should like conversing with new people on a regular basis and be able to assess a prospect's potential by asking insightful questions. To create and maintain a pipeline of potential applicants, they need to possess great organizational & communicational abilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting with the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing and screening potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Assisting with the candidate selection process by conducting reference checks and background investigations.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to the recruitment process.
- Providing support in creating and updating job postings, employer branding materials, and recruitment reports
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or a related field
- Goal-orientated approach to work.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.
- Good decision-making skills and highly motivated personnel.
