We'll be honest - Ciaran and Susana have been quietly smashing it at GWG for a little while now. We've just been a touch slow on the official introduction!

Today we're celebrating four years with the one and only Chloe Robinson - our Operations Leader, our organiser-in-chief, and the glue that holds our team together! 🎉

We're sharing a collection of photos from across the years - and looking back at them, one thing is so clear. Chloe has touched so many people during her time with GWG. Team members past and present, people who've moved on to new adventures - so many of them remain close to Chloe to this day. That's not a coincidence. That's just the kind of warm, genuine person she is.

From her first days as an Administration Coordinator to leading our operations today, Chloe has grown with us and made us better along the way.

What a night at the Business Hunter Social on Tuesday!

Julie, Alan and Susana were at the McLarty Room, University of Newcastle, as the University launched its Looking Ahead 2030 Strategic Plan, and the conversations it sparked were some of the best we've been part of in a while.

Highlights that stuck with us:

The University of Newcastle is deliberately aligning its courses to the fields that will matter most into the future. More doctors, speech pathologists and medical specialists than any other university in Australia. Over 5% Indigenous and Torres Strait Islander enrolment. Real investment in students with disabilities and in psychosocial safety and early intervention.

And one of the most honest conversations of the night was around decarbonising Newcastle without de-industrialising it. Net Zero is the goal, but not at the cost of the region's economic backbone.

The 2030 plan is built around community and industry consultation, and you could feel that in the room. This is a university that wants to be a genuine partner, not just a supplier of graduates.

Big thanks to Business Hunter, hyp, Newcastle Business Club and the Committee for the Hunter for bringing together such a great group.
