FPRS is proud to forge a new partnership with Healthcare Australia's Primary Health Services — and we're hiring! 🌟
We're on the search for multiple Registered Nurses across three specialisations to join HCA's Primary Health Services team, delivering frontline health care across the immigration detention network in Melbourne, Villawood (Sydney) and Brisbane.
These are identified positions, open exclusively to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples.
We're looking for multiple positions across:
🏥 Registered Nurse — Alcohol & Other Drugs (AOD)
🧠 Registered Nurse — Mental Health
💚 Registered Nurse — Primary Health Care
What makes this work genuinely different?
This is a nurse-led model — you'll have real clinical autonomy and see a breadth and variety of presentations you simply won't encounter in a standard hospital or community health setting. The work is busy and stimulating, but with a different rhythm to acute care.
And the humanitarian dimension is real. You'll be caring for a vulnerable and often overlooked population — people from many different countries and backgrounds, navigating incredibly complex circumstances. For our mob in health, that cross-cultural richness lands differently. You know what it means to move between worlds, and that lived understanding is genuinely valued here.
What's on offer:
✔ Salary packaging
✔ Free Employee Assistance Program
✔ Discounts and perks
✔ Free onsite parking
✔ Work that genuinely matters
