đ¨Weâre hiring đ¨ Manufacturing company based in Minto are looking for an experienced Customer Service and Internal Sales Officer to commence ASAP with their hard-working NSW team.
This will be an office based position- Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
We are seeking someone with experience working with a Manufacturing/Construction based company however transferrable experience will also be considered.
This is a contractor position with permanent opportunities for the right candidate
Responsibilities include:
â˘.Ensure phone and email enquiries and orders are processed quickly and accurately
⢠Responsive customer communications regarding manufacturing and delivery capabilities or delays
⢠Develop and maintain a vast knowledge of products
â˘. Manage multiple customer calls & tasks
⢠Maintaining sales with new and existing customers
⢠Entering and maintaining customer orders
⢠Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge
⢠Process quotes and orders in Epicor
⢠Processing credits and returns in a timely manner
⢠Work closely with the dispatch and warehouse departments to ensure a high standard of service is provided to our customers
⢠Update client databases
⢠Processing compliance statements

⢠The ability to resolve customer complaints and proactively attend to customer needs.
⢠Experience working in customer service a must.
⢠Ability to learn and master a new system quickly.
⢠Problem solving skills
⢠Willingness to learn
