About the role:
As Support worker, you will play a crucial role in empowering participants, encouraging their skills development, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment through person-centred care. You will be part of a supportive workplace dedicated to making a difference.
Key responsibilities:
-Ensure all administrative tasks are complete to the highest standard
-Liaise with Stakeholders
-Manage Participants challenging behaviours
-Identify and manage risks
-Follow Behaviour Support Plans
-Resolve conflicts to ensure service quality
-Use a person centred approach to care
-Perform all aspects of care to clients
-Reliable and punctual to shifts
-Assisting with domestic duties
-Maintaining ethical conduct in all areas of work
-Encouraging and supporting clients to engage in activities including gentle prompting to complete self care tasks.
-Assisting with planning of daily activities and everyday life requirements such as finance management and problem solving
