Location: Shopping Centre in Tamworth

Dates + Times:
Friday May 10th + Saturday May 11th
4 hours; 10am - 2pm both days

Role: reminding retailers about a campaign where customers scan a QR code and get an instant $10 gift card and go in the draw to win $2k + handing out chocolates and flyers and letting centre visitors know about it too

Need great customer service skills, confidence, and bright
personality.

Rate: Weekday $35/hr Saturday $40/hr

Location: Sunshine Plaza

Role:
Gift with purchase activation for a Fashion Arcade Event. Role will be customer engagement, viewing and redeeming customers receipts that are eligible, and of course, providing their gift with a genuine smile! Further detailed briefing will be supplied to successful candidates.

About you:
Good communication, fun energy, able to engage with centre visitors easily, organised and reliable.

Dates and times:
Ideally looking to have the same staff on all days or most days.

As each day passes, we near to special occasions or dates where we would usually have festivities, celebrations, activations, campaigns, events and allllll the fun stuff 📆.

We have just welcomed Spring, in saying that I want to acknowledge that we have now experienced 3 seasons, Autumn, winter and now spring with C.19 affecting people and business
(Even if its just the start of one, it’s the beginning, so I am counting it)

We are nearing Halloween 👻, We are getting closer to Christmas 🎄, We are getting closer to NYE and a new year 😱

I am assuming a lot of other agencies are speculating what these dates will look like this year for events, promotions, entertainment and marketing brand activations……

Each agency will point out their point of difference (which is usually the same) 🤪....⠀
“We provide a boutique service, with pre-screened staff tailored to your brand and requirements” Or something similar to that

So how do you REALLY choose a quality agency before actually working with them? ⠀
⠀
1️⃣ Review their website, read their ‘about us’ section and ‘our values’ if they have that. ⠀
⠀
2️⃣ Look at their social media channels, Facebook/Instagram etc and review their content, previous jobs they have done, and their teams! ⠀
⠀
3️⃣ Find any reviews on the company on google, Facebook and other areas ⠀
⠀
Then what? Reach out to the agency/agencies and chat to them and see if they seem like a company you would like to work closely with! ⠀
⠀
AND, remember always call +3 companies, and get a quote from all 🙌⠀
⠀

But, when it comes to marketing you need to take risks to see the rewards.⠀
It may take multiple campaigns to find the right campaign, and then the right campaign may turn into the wrong campaign.⠀

COVID has certainly impacted the way customers engage with promotional teams and thus affecting your overall promotional strategy.⠀

Pre-COVID promotional strategies could be a basic leafleting campaign, BUT mid/post COVID (Whatever QLD is in right now) you can not get away with a basic leafleting campaign.⠀

WHY?⠀

1️⃣Consumers are less engaged⠀
2️⃣Less people out and about⠀
3️⃣A basic leafleting campaign should never be your one and only promotional strategy⠀

SO what can you do to increase engagement?⠀

ANYTHING that will attract more attention to your brand and promotional teams⠀
1️⃣Check the attire your team is wearing. Is it eye catching? Is on brand?!⠀
2️⃣Utilize a costume that is aligned with the campaign!⠀
3️⃣Use mascot suit staff with a Brand Ambassador⠀
4️⃣Use portable signage that stays with the Brand Ambassadors⠀
5️⃣Think outside of the box, get creative and make sure its unique and memorable!⠀
