Karina is a proud Indigenous leader with strong cultural and community connections, bringing a deep understanding of cultural engagement, community participation and Indigenous advocacy.

As Cultural Director, Karina will play an important role in supporting Mumpara Industries’ commitment to genuine Indigenous participation, cultural integrity and community-led outcomes across our operations.

Gibson is a proud Tiwi Islander and highly respected Indigenous leader with strong cultural and community connections throughout the Tiwi Islands and Northern Territory.

With many years of experience across Indigenous governance, land management, community engagement and cultural leadership, Gibson has played an important role supporting long-term social, cultural and economic outcomes for Indigenous communities.

Throughout his career, Gibson has been involved with organisations and initiatives including the Tiwi Land Council and Indigenous Protected Area (IPA) programs, helping support community representation, land stewardship and Indigenous participation across Northern Australia.

A proud Lorrila (Rock) man from in the Milikapiti region of the Tiwi Islands, Stanley brings extensive experience in community leadership, engagement, and Indigenous governance. Over many years, he has contributed to organisations focused on employment, training, economic participation, and long-term outcomes for Tiwi people.

Stanley has held leadership and governance roles across several Tiwi organisations, including the Tiwi Islands Training and Employment Board (TITEB), where he has supported focused on workforce development, training pathways, and local employment opportunities for Indigenous .

Within Mumpara Industries, Stanley plays a key leadership role in supporting the company’s strategic growth as an Indigenous-led enterprise focused on delivering sustainable , construction, , and industry solutions across Australia. His focus is centred on creating genuine Indigenous participation, long-term economic empowerment, and meaningful employment pathways for Aboriginal people.
