Congratulations from the Resourceful Pro team to Scott Dean who will be joining Urban Utilities next month as their General Manager City and Regional Solutions.

As South East Queensland prepares to host the world on the Olympic stage in 2032, it is imperative that the region has the infrastructure and innovation in place to provide an outstanding essential service, now and into the future.

Scott will be part of Chris Bulloch's Integrated Solutions team leading the planning, prioritisation, design and delivery of the organisation's 5-year capital program.

For those that could not make it, the key takeaways from Scott were:

Mental Health is the top driver of workplace wellbeing
The importance of listening and taking action
