What a fantastic few days in Coogee, Sydney for Frontline Recruitment Group's National Conference!
This year’s theme, Think Big, Act Bold, was all about challenging ourselves, thinking differently and having the confidence to take action. We’ve returned to Regional QLD & NT feeling energised, inspired and ready for what’s ahead.
It was also a conference of some pretty special milestones for our team.
🎉 Rory Manwaring attended his 15th Frontline National Conference, a milestone that represents 15 years of learning, relationships, growth and plenty of great memories along the way.
🎉 Caitlin Lasek and Caleb Heslip attended their very first Frontline Conference, getting to experience first-hand what makes being part of the wider Frontline network so special.
And then there was a pretty big moment for our team...
🏆 Caleb Heslip was named Frontline’s National Rookie of the Year!
What an achievement in his first year in recruitment! Caleb has thrown himself into the industry from day one, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, embracing every challenge, and bringing huge energy to our team.
To see this hard work recognised on the national stage, surrounded by the wider Frontline network, was an incredibly proud moment for our Regional QLD & NT team.
A huge congratulations to all the award winners and finalists from across Frontline, and thank you to everyone who made this year’s conference one to remember.
We’re heading home with plenty of ideas, plenty of motivation and one very well-deserved trophy! 🏆
