QTIC has the right to remove or hide comments, posts or images on QTIC-managed social media pages if they:
• Contain profanity (including foul language that is misspelled or has blanked out letters)
• Contain offensive or abusive language
• Make a personal attack or harassment of any kind
• Contain “hate speech”, including but not limited to comments that target specific ethnic or racial groups, gender or religion
• Incite violence
• Violate the Terms of Use of the social media channel in question, are spam, or are clearly off topic
• Contain content which is perceived as potentially damaging to the reputation and brand of Queensland Tourism Industry Council and/or Queensland Tourism Awards
• Contain advertisement for other companies, unless such posts are previously approved by Queensland Tourism Industry Council or Queensland Tourism Awards.
