Crossfire Marketing

Crossfire Marketing Award winning company that recruits, trains and drives independent sales teams for business's that lack the time, experience and money to do it themselves.

We're the business that builds business's and people alike. Most people start a business with the hope of having more time and more money, the unfortunate truth is they often end up with less of both. We all know someone who has taken something they are passionate about or a bold idea and tried to turn it into a successful business with limited success and maximum stress. We also know that their f

ailures weren’t because they weren’t good people or even because their ideas were bad. In fact, it normally boils down to the notion that they purely ran out of money. But running out of money is often just code for we didn’t get enough people to buy our product or service. Therefore, the lack of sales is the number one reason for a business to fail...

More than 6 years ago when Crossfire opened you would have seen our director cooking BBQ's on Friday's and pancakes on Saturday's sharing his vision for the company. In those days Crossfire was a small business just starting out with few people and few success stories. We love that all these years later, hundreds of millions of $created for clients and a business that has had an impact in every city in Australia he's still here cooking on Friday sharing his vision for whats next. It's in the culture. As Dan always says "we're a flat business, where no one person is more important that the other. It works because we all play our role to the best of our abilities with nothing but admiration for each other and the function they play in the overall goal.

Its not what the company does that makes us amazing its the company we keep. Chasing fulfilment? Consider this, when you catch yourself complaining about work is it ever really work your complaining about? Or is it a person at work? We'll guess its a person so... if the people won't change, change the people! We're pretty happy with ours :)
