Morning shifts times approx. 7/8am- 12/1pm
Afternoon Shift Times 4pm-6pm

✔ Structured, consistent support within the family environment

• Current CPR
• First Aid Certificate

• Blue Card
• Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support

Highly Desirable

• Experience supporting participants with ASD Level 3
• Experience with non-verbal clients
• Confidence managing challenging behaviours
• Calm, consistent, and structured approach

Pay Rate: Starting from $43.23 per hour + penalties
Ongoing training and support provided

🌟 Meet Charlotte – Support Worker & Registered Nurse 🌟

We’re excited to introduce Charlotte, a highly experienced Registered Nurse with 13 years in aged care and disability support. Charlotte brings extensive experience supporting people with complex needs, including mental health, physical, and neurological disabilities, and has previously been the Clinical Manager of a 110-bed aged care facility.

Charlotte is calm, compassionate, and highly skilled in delivering person-centred care. She is currently available to support new participants, with long hours and every second weekend no issue.

Charlotte is a Support Worker and Registered Nurse, and from day one she has shown herself to be loyal, honest, reliable, and an all-round exceptional human. She consistently goes above and beyond for the people she supports, bringing compassion, professionalism, and genuine care into everything she does.

It’s rare to find someone who not only has the clinical skills, but also the heart. Charlotte brings both, every single day.
